A 1977 Porsche 911 S delivered Manuel home from the hospital after he was born, which explains why he’s been obsessed with cars his whole life. He’s worked in automotive media since 2012, having written for Robb Report, DUB Magazine, JD Power, and others. He also co-hosted MotorTrend’s Seduced by Speed and has presented for CNET’s Roadshow and Capital One Auto Navigator.
From testing econoboxes to the Bugatti Veyron, he’s passionate about all types of cars, with a particular weakness for manual transmissions and thumping premium audio systems. A Southern California native, Manuel is also a Hollywood actor, and that very 911 S, Project Stork, remains a beloved member of his fleet.
