On Thursday of last week CAR Spain magazine did not respect the Contract of Confidentiality they signed regarding the C9 images and went to print with his article before the embargo date of 26th January.
This action resulted in grave damage, both to the other magazines like you who respected the date and to Pagani who had defined the communication strategy in the last months and planned to officially unveil the C9 images on the 26th together with the launch of the new website.
Pagani will of course undertake the due legal actions against Car Magazine Spain.
